Why choose organic food over conventionalaly grown food

The food we eat was grown organically since time inmemorable  but with the advent of the green revolution in the 1950's the easy to manufacture synthetic petrochemical based fertilizers started to take hold of the agricultural sector and over time the carbon in the soil depleted causing a rapid decline in the biodiversity of the microbiology in the soil making farmers more dependent on synthetic fertilizers

As the soil got weekend the plants had a seeker immune and the only option to farmers was to start with pesticides as a plant grown in poor soil will not have the complex compounds needed to fight off pests that pray on week life forms 

And the vicious cycle repeats 

A Lot 

We are privileged to be born human as we are bestowed with the oppertunity to change our destiny with our actions 

If we can add carbon to the soil we can start the process or recovery 

And we all know about the 3 R's of sustainability 

 , Reduce , Re-use , Recycle 

That being said we can also use our wallets to start the market in a direction that is sustainable for our future generations 

The time to act is now for we as a species is stealing food from our unborn children 

By doing good for Mother Earth our the sustainer of life in the vast expanse of space 

Our lives and everything around is is the fruition of billions of years of biodiverse sustainability 

Our part in the passage of time is very crucial at the moment when humanity is out only for a profit the complexity of the biosphere gets weakend resulting in degradation and eventually desertification

Staying Away from poison sprayed food and polluted water is the first steps towards a sustainable future 

It's not that the poison in the sprayed fruit will kill you but it kills the soil ecosystem that makes for nutrient dence foods 

As the crop is repeatedly sprayed the   soil gets weaker and weaker producing tasteless low nutrient dense food 

Try to stay away from highly processed foods as normaly they have very low nutrition 

Remember to take a reusable bag when going to the store 

Don't use harsh detergents and cleaners as they pollute the water and the marine ecosystem
